Campaign Manager Jackson Gross joins the campaign after serving as Congressman James’ Chief of Staff for three years since he was elected to Congress in 2022. A Michigan native, Gross previously worked at the National Republican Senatorial Committee as Deputy Political Director, at the Michigan Republican Party, and has contributed to several successful congressional campaigns in Michigan.

 
Communications Director Hannah Osantowske was the Campaign Manager for Congressman James’ successful 2024 re-election campaign where he increased his margin of victory from 2022 by 25,000 votes. A Macomb County native, Hannah has served as Communications Director in two congressional offices and Press Secretary for the Michigan Republican Party.

 
Senior Advisor Tori Sachs is Vice President at P2 Public Affairs and brings 15 years of experience in conservative issue advocacy, communications, government service, and campaign experience. A Williamston resident, she served as the Executive Director of the Michigan Freedom Fund, managed John James’ Senate Campaign, and has contributed to two successful statewide gubernatorial campaigns.

 
Policy Advisor Greg Brock brings decades of experience championing education initiatives including as Senior Advisor, Executive Director, and CEO for American Federation for Children (AFC) as well as Executive Director of Great Lakes Education Project (GLEP). Brock also worked as Executive Director of the Michigan Republican Party and on the staff of Michigan Governor John Engler.

Trump as the Senior Advisor to MAGA, Inc., was the Chief Strategist for Senator Bernie Moreno (R-OH) helping deliver a GOP Majority in the US Senate, and his firm crafted bold, effective direct mail for John James’ two successful congressional races.

 
Legal Counsel Charlie Spies leads the Political Law Practice at Dickinson Wright PLLC and is considered one of the top Republican attorneys in America.  In 2024 he served as counsel for the RNC and MIGOP, and provided counsel to super PACs spending over $500 million in support of President Trump and the Republican majority.

   
Political Director Tyler Foti most recently served as the Michigan Battleground Director for the NRCC. A Michigan State University graduate receiving both an undergraduate and graduate degree, Foti has contributed to dozens of winning campaigns for conservatives in Michigan.
